Buying a Home? I can Help!

As your Agent there are a number of services I can provide to make buying a home easier and more enjoyable.

Here is how I can help:

  1. Provide local lenders who can help explain your lending options, they will help identify a price range and loan program that works best for you based on your desired monthly payment and down payment.
  2. Explain the home buying process including buying foreclosures and short sale homes. I can detail the home buying process from start to finish explaining everything from loan approval, making an offer, terms in the purchase contract, role of title company, homhome-4e inspection process, and all other items related to purchasing a home.
  3. Work with you to identify the right home based on your needs and desires. Provide suggestions on homes, communities, and cities you might not know about or have considered.
  4. Update you on new listing as soon as they come to market.
  5. Make appointments with home owners and when possible, arrange to show you the home without the owners being present.
  6. Provide additional information on homes. example: tax information, how long the home has been on the market, previous sales, owners reason for selling.
  7. Analyze the sales of other homes that have sold similar in size, location, and features.
  8. Propose a strategy for making an offer to get you the best price on a home, based on available information from comparable home sales, sellers motivation, days on the market, and sales trends.
  9. Write up purchase contract explaining the terms included in the contract and what it means to you as the buyer.
  10. Contact the sellers agent to present the offer, explaining the offers terms, buyers qualifications and benefits to the seller of accepting your offer.homeinspection
  11. After an offer has been accepted, attend home inspection and follow up on any inspection questions or issues discovered during the inspection. Stay in contact with your lender to track the appraisal of your home.
  12. Prior to closing, arrange final walk through of property, follow up with lender to assure loan documents are delivered to title company, review closing statement for errors.
  13. Finally, deliver your new keys.
